API Limitations

I would like to integrate Axacute with another platform, how do I get started?

There are three major steps you need to complete: Setup, Explore and Integrate. You may refer to our Getting Started Guide for more information.

How do I get an Axacute account to test the API?

You may visit to our Axacute plans page and subscribe the Free plan to test the API. Our Free plan is forever free for two users and provide demo data for testing purpose.

How do I get support for building my integration?

We provide user guide on the integration but if you are still facing problem, you can reach out to other developers in Axacute community. Alternately, you can hire Axacute Integration Partner to help you out.

What authentication do you support?

We currently support JWT Authentication only. JSON Web Token (JWT) is a JSON encoded representation of a claim(s) that can be transferred between two parties. You may click here to find out more about JWT.

How do I get an Access Token?

You can get the Access Token by calling the Login API. Kindly sign in to the portal and refer to the API for the required parameters.

Why are some of the features available in the UI, but do not work via APIs?

Currently the Axacute system has more features than the Axacute API. You may sign in and refer to our API documentation to find out what features are supported via APIs.

I get an error when making the API request, how can I fix it?

It's best to become familiar with the Axacute system before designing an integration. Some error might happen due to not fulfill the condition or validation. You can find out more from our Knowledge Base.

I have little warehouse and manufacture industry background, how does the whole thing work?

You are recommended to become familiar with the Axacute functionalities before designing an integration. You can read the user guides from our Knowledge Base to get a better understanding on Axacute system.

Can the API be used on all Axacute plans?

The API can be used with all Axacute plans, but not all features will necessarily be available. You may find out the features comparison in our plans page.

What are the Axacute API rate limits?

Axacute API does not has any rate limits at the moment. We will regularly monitor the traffic and will update everyone when we make make changes on this.

Is it possible to track my API keys’ usage?

Yes, you can track your API usage from the Reports page. After login to the portal, click on the Reports button at the menu bar.
